If you want to know the exact job description then labor is the only document which has the complete description. Usually the company will ask to fill some documentation for filing labor and labor is filed based on the available job and your skill set as well (that's what I have seen).
You might get some idea of job description from the documentation you filled for labor but again will not be exact...

As both your I 140 are approved, I do not see any major problem. any wasy you are planning to use AC21. Why dont you use your attorney, in that way you can feel secure. If I 140 approved + 180 days from receipt date you should be fine.
But I would advice you to take any expert opinion. But use your own lawyer and I believe you will do fine

3 weeks seem to be still in the ballpark. Took about that long to get my FP notice too. Did you e-file? Paper-filers do not get FP notice.

Why not use people who already agreed to volunteer before by looking at their profiles?
Unfortunately we need folks who are active on the forums (and hence must have read this thread).
Also, we did not really clarify what a volunteer does (when someone registers), so to ensure that only folks who are really interested reply.

If AP is approved. You can travel out of country, Your husband can send it later to you.
But if AP document somehow missed in mail or never reaceived. Thats the problem.

My employer has not provided copy of labor or I-140.
I am not planning to use AC-21 as my employer and work profile is good. But say if there is some thing unplanned happens, and if I need to change jobs, what can I do?

Does the cover-letter you included while filing your 485 include your job duties?

I am 2nd July filer and have received EAD on 09/06. But so far no updates on AP or FP. I guess there are lot many ppl in the same boat.

I have not had a very good experience mailing documents to CGI. I would advise against it based on the time crunch we are facing here....
If you go in person and get it done..that would be most optimal..and worry free.

It was rejected on Sep 22nd. Lawyer got the letter long back. But he didn't get back to me infact he didn't know about rejection untill I called USCIS & found out the issue & informed him. I think he miss placed my rejection letter. He took 1000$ more from me for giving fast service.

This is precisely why my Lawyer (amongst the top) advised to maintain H1B (so keep filing for extensions).
If your H1 expires and you are here based on AOS 485 > and for some reason 485 gets rejected you are out of status.

guys, the OP clearly mentioned that it was off topic but most of us doesnt agree with what he thinks is good for him. Lets not get into the nitty gritty of pretending or being american or what ever. The more you practice accent or try to put accent into your language the more artificial it will appear. Thats what I have seen and felt. Remember, if you leave US before AP is approved, you cannot use it to return back to US. On the other hand, if its approved and if its postal delay, and you left right after it got approved, then you can make arrangement to send it to you overseas and use it to enter US.

I thought once your EAD gets approved then you H1 Visa is not longer valid.
You could keep EAD and H1 together active?? Any experts, could you please throw some light?

Hi,
While filling the Labor my attorney used my education (Bachelor's degree BSc Comp Science and one year of diploma in computer science) and as well as the experience which was 8 yrs in 2008 for EB3. Then my labor got approved. So we applied for I140, then USCIS had an RFE on my case saying this education is not enough so my attorney prepared some documents showing this BSc Comp science is equivalent to US 4 yrs degree. Then in a month time immediatly I got my I140 denied, So after that my attorney appealed with I290 form, Still got rejected in 3 months then again my attorney re-appealed to it by adding some more information to it. So now the status is showing as Initial review with AAO.
Is this from NSC or TSC? Also, did your attorney include your diploma with your B.Sc to equivate it to a 4 year degree at any point during the filing of the I-140?
