I had contacted all the senators and house reps in New Mexico via their website and heard back from Senator Jeff Bingaman.
Please see his reply:

I think people on H1/H4 are not eligible for medicare. I think you need to be a permanent residence or citizen to avail medicare benefits.

Receipting update is just a reference.
My applications reached NSC 6 months ago on July 9th.
I have no receipts and checks were not cashed.
As per IO's my name is not in the system.

My wife is working on EAD and her EAD is expiring begining of next month. New EAD has been applied. Can she work with the EAD renewal receipt if the EAD expires ? What are the possible options ? Pleas help

I am not sure i understood your question. Is it H1B interview date or H1B stamping. In case of H1B stamping, the dates are normally booked but keep checking vhs..... website and you may find a slot. I used to check everyday and after a month i saw few slots available on december. However, the consulate answers to emails promptly and i was once told that for H1B stamping can be done if notified 14 days in advance.

If parents have US Visitor Visa, can they travel to the US on British Airways via London Heathrow airport without any transit visa requirements.
They have a valid visitor visa till 2018.
Does UK have any conditions which one needs to know

I've asked this of narrower groups, and no luck so far.
Tomorrow, Tuesday is the last day for this, Wednesday at the outside.
If you are in MI and have an immigration attorney in MI then call him/her ASAP. Ask if they know any motor company or big corporate executives here on visas. If they do we would like one to testify on Thursday. If not testify then at least add name to a list of executives.
Alternatively, if anyone in big motor company knows of foreign executive, either email me contact details, or ask them yourself, if I ask there is no come back on you. For just create a list of foreign executives and give to me with their job titles, and even phone numbers.
We have a plan and we have a chance of getting bill 962 revised.

Oh for windows development you would want to look into WPF. The basic idea is to change the border style for the window to none (don't know the exact c++ way, but a google search should show). Then you will want to draw your own windows and drag areas.

Rest all states should pass similiar law............
Is it for the strategy of getting all our members to take this law seriously when they are stopped by the cops and asked for papers? Unless something personally affects our members we are content in letting things happen around us........so if such laws were passed in many other states, it would definitely jolt us to action!!!!!!

Shustermann says that today ist the last day that all the employment- based-preference categories are current (exception unskilled workers). Ok, now he sasy : We recommand that Employers and their attorneys e-filing their I-140 today.
Please explain me if thats so important to file today the I-140 becouse just today the priority date are current.
I dont understand whats has the filing form I-140 to do with the priority Dates. Priority date is the PERM date??

You dont need translation service to translate it. Any of your friend who is proficient in marathi and english can translate it.
At the bottom of the translation, add these lines, and have your friend sign it along with his name and address.
I, _______________________________, do hereby certify that I am proficient in both English and Marathi, and accordingly I am competent to perform translations, and that I have translated the foregoing/attached document accurately and to the best of my knowledge and ability.
Hope that helps. I did this for my birth certificate as per my lawyers advice.

You are on AOS PENDING status. Since u've a valid H1 stamped in ur passport, you are free to roam in-and-out of the country without any issues.
Your H-1 will be invalid until your 485 is approved or you use EAD to work or AP to re-enter US.
