Im using Asp.net.

The button text consists of data I have imported from an SQL database through a web client. I assume I should then replace the html character codes in the SQL database with these unicode identifiers? Would that still work with ASP.NET-C#?

Hi,

I got laidoff recently. My company is going to withdraw H1b. I have my 140 approved from same company and my 485 pending. I have EAD and never used and working on H1B for the same company. I was working for the same company which processed my H1B.

If H1B is withdrawn is there going to be any effect on my 485? like any possibility of RFE on 485 for EVL? My employer said they will not withdraw or revoke 140.

How long will it take to withdraw H1B?

Thanks for taking time to answer my query. I have other problem so I am confused about this fact. My spouse's name is correct on passport. but her mother's surname has spelling mistake.All other details are correct. We were not aware of the fact till now. Now we are in the process of applying for I485.
So I am worried about all this. If I take affidavit, it will work?

1. You can definitely change the employer and invoke AC21. No issues there..

2. You can change AOS to consular, but not after you've invoked AC21.
Actually there's probably a way to do that too , but maybe a good (and probably expensive) lawyer needs to be consulted.

You will need:
Form 134 affidavit of support (no notorization required)
employment letter
pay stubs
letter from the bank regarding present balance and avg balance in previous years
bank statements for the past six months
income tax documents
invitation letter - why they are coming here
identifications - relationships (your original birth certificate); photocopy of your passport and your legal status proof

Hold on there. Why exactly do you need to file EAD and AP now? Once you get 140 and 485 receipt notice, you can apply online yourself. Then you will get your own EAD to your own home.

Then the questions is - would you be able to get a copy 140 and 485 receipt notice from him?

Thinking out loud - Probably you can change the address by calling USCIS or by filing AR-11 (you may need receipt number to do this).

hi, first, I'm not trolling. I have a genuine question and I'm looking for answers seriously. I got laid off in 2009 while on a h1b and then for one reason or another, stayed back for 8 months. My understanding was that I could have gotten a new job within 6 months and then switched over my h1b. I was foolish. My I-94 on the h1b approval letter however had an expiration date of October 2011. By the time 8 months had gone by, I decided it was time to give up hope and return to my country.

Since I've been here, my parents have started a campaign to get me a bride. Arranged marriages are part of my culture, and people marry based on how good a match it is according to one's birthchart. If I do find a USC who is willng too marry me, will it help me in any way immigration wise? Or will my 8 months out of status stay in USA chase me for the rest of my life?

I had my Labor go through without any issues. I haven't yet applied for 140.
what would happen if I apply for F-1 visa to pursue my studies as full time student since F-1 is a non-immigrant visa and I have cleared my labor.

I know I can't proceed with 140 since its a petition for immigrant status and my F-1 will be rejected. My question is does labor certification also affects F-1 visa application?

My wife switched from h4 to f1 status. you can do the same and status studies, assuming you have valid status/visa right now. Later you can get visa stamped.

H visa is dual intent, and f is non-immigration. Since you already have h visa it will not be a trouble. This is from my experience and some of my friends.

There should be no issues if you are taking her GC along with you, thats all she will need. She can enter with GC. No need to even mention AP to the CBP officer

I am going to get married next week.

I am a H-1b visa holder and I have applied for green card. I am waiting to get approval of I-140.

I want to file the H-4 visa for my wife and I have couple questions :

1) How difficult is to apply for H-4 ? Do I need a lawyer for that ?

2) How will my new status effect my green card application ? Do I need to apply again for I-140 ?

Silverlight can be deployed on networks using something more centralized like group policy. I don't believe average end users can install SL3 without admin priviliges.

I had a soft LUD on my+spouse 485 application today. I am current for this sept but will not be in Oct. Since there are no visa numbers available, I am guessing this must be either a potential RFE or my previous company lawyers may have withdrawn my G-28 representation

Does anyone know if before an RFE , would they or did they get a SOFT LUD, is this common?

Also if my previous attorney withdrew G-28 forms, will this also result in soft lud?
