Ummm.. I did not know that one can do a diploma after 10th grade in India and after that, a year to get bachelors? You are right... its not very clear from the original post.. and can easily be misinterpreted as (10+2+3+1) which is 16 years of education.

Wow, these have to be the best pixel art designs I have seen created. I voted for soul's because it just simple, angled. I also really liked all the things going on in eilsoe's graphic. If it wasn't for the wall eilsoe (I like cool slanted, twisted things) I would have def voted for your cool graphic. It was more of a tie between both of you guys really =)

First thing is that your employer most likely will not send you a legal notice, as it would cause significant time and money for his already depleted financial resources. Even if he does, if such a legal notice is in an email, just ignore it. DO NOT RESPOND.
If it is in your regular mail/UPS/FED EX/Certified mail (most likely), you should consult your new company's attorney and seek legal help. In any case, as long as you have all your eggs in order, you will be fine.

I don't think you get a sense of his problem, even though you claim you do...you are in fact beating a dead horse...I got your point regarding IV's efforts, and am not disputing that one bit, but at the same time when someone posts a valid concern/issue that they have, it doesn't hurt to have some empathy....I'm sure you wouldn't be too happy if you were in their place....

Taking a plunge now on EAD is like drowning yourself. prices have not yet come down and will come down by 15-20 % over 5 years. there is talk about recession , job losses and more foreclosures. if you dont need the space ...DONT BUY. most of us dont need more space unless we have 2-3 grown kids who need their own rooms. renting is not same as throwing away money as you get a place to live. how does buying a home give you security ..it is more of a hassle if you are on EAD or H-1 and you need mobility after a job is lost. my friend who has good worldly experience rightly said ..buying a house now is like worrying about one more thing in life.
If buying a house had been the smart option, I would have bought it already.
