When you take forever to get the phone on VZW you should expect people to take their time switching.
First, you've let Android have all that time to get a following because it's the only alternative for the lack of an iPhone. Those people have also bought apps that they now enjoy and would have to re-purchase on the iPhone. This happens with video game systems as well.
Second, people are in 2yr contracts. There are very few people who are willing to pay more for a phone they can buy 4 months later at half price on top of the termination fee.
Third, not that many people hate AT&T it's just the handful of VZW fans that make it look that way.
And finally you have the reporting and reviews. All the reports I saw were telling VZW people and potential switchers to hold off on getting the iPhone 4. No 4G, no white and still had the questionable signal issues. The "iPhone 5" was supposed to come out mid to late summer so people were concerned Apple would sell them a phone and then jump up 6 months later with the newer, thiner, better version and leave folks hanging.
People are paying attention to these reports and that's why I feel the numbers were low.

Let me say this first, I hate Kobe Bryant. However, he can say whatever he wants. I have nothing against gays but who cares what he said. Yes it was on national TV so that does create a little problem but I think the thing is just blown up too big. He can say and think whatever he wants. I hate him though.

It may be fun for play, but I cant see anything real being done on that. Most high end photo editors wont even use a trackpad/laptop...
Now if they can make it double as a wacom for a desktop and mirror the image form the computer.. now youre talking :)
And from a user standpoint, having all menus buried and no keyboard shortcuts, you're expanding the time to edit drastically.

Got mine through this morning from the AppleStore. Its absolutely wicked! Very, very diddy and comes with this cool little docking station to charge it and interface with my Mac. Looking forward to a trip to the gym tonight... ;)

Linksys does not suport Macs at all
you can use the standard routers and switches but anything that requries a driver... wont happen.
there are some open souce drivers out there for wireless products.. but I dont know if they suport linksys yet or not

They can only sell it if you opt in (or don't opt out, depending on whether that checkbox is checked by default or not). And what harm is happening to you if they use their anonymous demographic data to sell adds? Don't you think Apple is using their demographic data when they sell iAds?
It goes further than anonymous demographic data(and the anonymity part is very slim with online services).
It' s about being spammed, phoned, mailed with stuff they think I might like just because I'm subscribed with them.

Please let us know if any had implemented.
Though Air Share (http://itunes.apple.com/in/app/air-sharing/id289943355?mt=8) itunes app is using WebDAV protocol, not much idea of implementation was found me.
Please share any snippets...

i have just Upgraded my iphone 4 to 4.3.2 using sn0wbreese..
then i have instaled lots of apps from cydia and some of the hack sites..
what i hav noticed , that if i reboot my iphone, it goes to safe mode. then i need to respring the winterboard, after that it works fine.
is it normal ? any patch ?
please help

I think some people here think this is suddenly going to allow us to drag an image from our desktop to the .Mac mail page, and attach it to a new message. That isn't what they are describing as "drag and drop". They are talking about moving messages around in the web browser window.
I feared as much, still being able to select multiple files in one time to attach would be enough for me, or just wait to upload until you are done

I disagree. Live under their roof, live by their rules or at least go through the hassle of trying to get away with breaking them.
If you're old enough to deal with the possible consequences of sex, you're old enough to find a place on your own. If you're not old enough to do that, be sure one of you is sterile before proceeding. I say this a week after my 17 year old cousin gave birth after both being on the pill and using a condom. It happens. If you can deal with that possibility, you're old enough to move out.

Have not yet read if the gf is 18 or older yet. And that is an issue. For with him being 18, there maybe statutory rape issues - not from her, but her parents.

I have one of the newer mac mini's (server) with the HDMI out port on it. I am using the machine as a home theatre pc.
Friday night I rented a HD movie from Itunes and attempted to play it on my 50 inch plasma. I received the message that my display is not HDCP compliant and that I could not play the vidoe.
I looked up the specs on my Samsung PN50A650 and found the following statement about HDCP that states the display is HDCP compatible. The only other issue that may come into play, was that I had my EyeTV HD recorded plugged in at the time, I disconnected the device, but the video still did not play.
Does anyone know why I can not display the HDCP media? Is there a test file I can use for troubleshooting since the rental has expired? (Apple refunded my money by the way)

� HDMI, or high-definition multimedia interface, is an interface that enables the
transmission of digital audio and video signals using a single cable.
� The difference between HDMI and DVI is that the HDMI device is smaller in size and
has the HDCP (High Bandwidth Digital Copy Protection) coding feature installed.
➢ Each DVD Player or Cable Box / Satellite receiver (Set-Top Box) has a different
back panel configuration.
➢ The TV may not output sound and pictures may be displayed with abnormal color
when DVD Player or Cable Box / Satellite receivers supporting HDMI versions

is no sound, connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI IN 2 jack and the audio cables
